3. Account Registration

• Create an account using a valid email, mobile, or third-party login.
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information.
• Maintain confidentiality of your credentials.
• Notify us of unauthorized access or misuse promptly.
• EBeta Innovations LLP may suspend accounts violating Terms.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

PrepLap offers free and paid subscription plans (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual).

Payment Processing

• All payments are processed securely via Razorpay.
• Provide valid and authorized payment details.
• Payment info handled per Razorpay standards.
• We do not store complete payment information.

Pricing and GST

• Prices displayed in INR including GST.
• Subscription charges are non-refundable unless required by law.

Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. Disable in account settings.

5. PrepLap Rise Scholarship

5.1 Purpose

PrepLap Rise Scholarship is a merit-based academic initiative designed to encourage learning and recognize high-performing users through structured assessments conducted on the PrepLap platform. The program is conducted solely for educational and performance recognition purposes.

5.2 Eligibility

Participation in the PrepLap Rise Scholarship is subject to the following:

• The user must have an active PrepLap subscription, as specified for the respective scholarship event.
• The subscription provides access to learning content and platform features.
• No additional fee is required to participate in the scholarship assessment.
• Users must comply with these Terms and any specific instructions provided for the scholarship event.
• PrepLap reserves the right to verify eligibility and participation authenticity.

5.3 Program Support

• Scholarship benefits are provided directly by EBeta Innovations LLP as part of its educational initiatives.
• Subscription charges apply only for access to educational content and services and are not collected for participation in the scholarship program.

5.4 Evaluation Criteria

Scholarship outcomes are determined based on academic performance, which may include:

• Score obtained
• Accuracy of responses
• Completion time (if applicable)
• Other performance parameters mentioned in the event details

Results are determined strictly on merit.

5.5 Scholarship Structure

Each scholarship event may specify:

• Total scholarship amount
• Maximum scholarship available (for example, “up to ₹X”)
• Rank-wise distribution
• Number of eligible recipients

These details will be displayed on the scholarship page. PrepLap reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel any scholarship event due to operational, technical, or compliance requirements.

5.6 Types of Scholarship Benefits

• Subscription extensions or learning benefits

5.7 Information for Scholarship Transfer

If a user qualifies for a monetary scholarship:

• PrepLap may request bank account or UPI details for the purpose of transferring the scholarship amount.
• Such information will be collected only from eligible recipients.
• The information will be used solely for scholarship processing and handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
• PrepLap may require identity verification before completing the transfer.
• Incorrect or incomplete information may delay processing.

5.8 Fair Participation

To ensure fairness, PrepLap reserves the right to:

• Disqualify users involved in multiple accounts, automated tools, unauthorized assistance, or any form of manipulation
• Withhold scholarship benefits in cases of misuse or violation of Terms
• Suspend or terminate accounts involved in such activities

5.9 Educational Nature

PrepLap Rise Scholarship is intended to recognize academic performance and support learning. It is not presented as a financial opportunity or income-generating activity.

5.10 Changes

PrepLap may update scholarship rules, eligibility criteria, or benefit structure from time to time. Continued participation after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

6. Use of the Platform

• Do not copy, distribute, or resell content without consent.
• Do not share login credentials.
• Do not interfere with or reverse-engineer the platform.
• Do not post unlawful or offensive material.
• Do not use PrepLap for fraudulent activities.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All IP, including materials, tests, videos, code, and trademarks, belong to EBeta Innovations LLP. You are granted a limited license for personal educational use.

8. Educational Content Disclaimer

Materials are for educational purposes only. Accuracy is maintained, but no warranty for completeness or exam success.

9. Data Privacy and Security

Data collected as per Privacy Policy. Reasonable measures taken, but absolute protection not guaranteed.

10. Refund and Cancellation Policy

• All subscription payments are non-refundable once processed.
• Duplicate payments or technical errors reported within 7 working days may be corrected.
• Cancellation allowed anytime; access remains until billing cycle ends.
• Refunds at discretion of EBeta Innovations LLP.

11. Third-Party Services

PrepLap may integrate third-party tools. We do not control their content or privacy practices.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

PrepLap is provided “as is” and “as available”. No warranty for uninterrupted access or accuracy.

13. Limitation of Liability

EBeta Innovations LLP and associates not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

14. Termination

Accounts may be suspended or terminated without notice for violations or legal obligations.

15. Changes to the Terms

Terms may be revised periodically. Continued use after updates signifies acceptance.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Governed by laws of India. Disputes subject to courts of Delhi, India.
