What is PrepLap?

PrepLap is an ed-tech platform developed by e-Beta Innovations LLP, offering an OTT-style subscription-based learning experience. It provides curated test series, quizzes, video lessons, and interactive content for students preparing for school exams, coding placements, and competitive entrance tests — all in one platform.

How does the subscription model work?

PrepLap follows an OTT-style subscription model, where learners can access all available test series, quizzes, and study resources under a single active plan. Once subscribed, users enjoy unrestricted access to every subject and exam category offered on the platform. Subscription durations are flexible and designed to suit both short-term and long-term learners. Pricing and plan structures are subject to change as we continue to enhance our offerings and introduce new features.

What subjects and domains are available?

PrepLap covers a wide range of subjects and learning domains, including: Competitive Exams: Banking/PO, SSC, and Coding Placement preparation. Academic Learning: Classes 9th, 10th, 11th, and 12th (UP Board & CBSE). Technical Subjects: DBMS, Operating Systems, Python, C Programming, Cyber Security, and Digital Logic Design. Upcoming Streams: CUET-UG, CUET-PG, and other national-level entrance exams will be added soon. We’re continuously expanding our library to make PrepLap’s content rich, valuable, and vast, ensuring learners from every background find relevant, high-quality resources.

How do I make a payment for my subscription?

All payments on PrepLap are securely processed through Razorpay, our official payment gateway. You can use UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, or Net Banking. Once the payment is successfully completed, your subscription activates instantly and grants access to all available content.

Can I get a refund if I cancel my subscription?

No. As per PrepLap’s Refund Policy, once a payment is successfully processed, no refunds are issued. Since the service provides immediate access to digital content, users can continue enjoying benefits until the subscription period ends.

Is there an age restriction to use PrepLap?

PrepLap is designed for learners above 3 years of age, making it inclusive for school students, college aspirants, and competitive exam candidates alike.

Can I access PrepLap on multiple devices?

Yes, you can log in to PrepLap on multiple devices — such as mobile, tablet, or desktop — using your registered account. However, simultaneous logins on several devices are limited to prevent unauthorized sharing.

How do I contact support for payment or login issues?

Are there any hidden charges or auto-renewals?

No hidden charges apply. PrepLap maintains transparent pricing. If you enable auto-renewal, it will be processed securely via Razorpay before your current plan expires, and you’ll receive prior notification before any renewal is charged.

How is my data protected on PrepLap?

PrepLap is fully committed to user privacy and complies with the Information Technology Act, 2000. All data is encrypted and securely stored. Payment information is never saved on our servers — all transactions are handled via Razorpay’s PCI-DSS-compliant systems.
