Exam Pattern & Rules

50 Objective Questions

The exam consists entirely of multiple-choice questions covering English, Math, Science, and Reasoning.

Individual Question Timers

Every question has its own timer. You must lock your answer within the specific time limit for that question.

No Backward Navigation

You cannot skip, go back, or change the sequence. Only one specific question is visible at a time.

Final Answer Lock

Once an option is submitted, it cannot be changed. Read carefully before locking your choice.

Speed & Accuracy Ranking

In case of a tie, the candidate with the lower overall response time receives the higher rank.

Practice-Based Advantage

All questions are drawn from the Preplap question bank. Dashboard practice directly improves your rank.

Exam Instructions

  • Each question appears for a limited time only. Read options carefully before selecting.
  • Once submitted, answers cannot be changed. Avoid random guessing.
  • Accuracy is paramount, but in the event of a tie, the candidate with the lower overall response time ranks higher.
  • Copy-pasting is strictly prohibited and disabled by the system.
  • Switching tabs, opening other windows, or leaving the test screen is strictly prohibited.
  • The system utilizes AI to detect unfair activities (suspicious screen activity, tab switching). Malpractice leads to immediate result cancellation.
  • Practice exclusively from the Preplap question bank dashboard to mirror exam conditions.

Preparation Strategy

  • Focus on improving accuracy before optimizing for speed.
  • Attempt mock tests on your dashboard to acclimatize to the timer-based system.
  • Avoid rushing while reading. A misunderstood question guarantees a wrong lock.
  • Reasoning requires daily practice to spot patterns rapidly.

"Since answers cannot be changed after submission, candidates must stay calm, read carefully, think clearly, and answer confidently."
